Michael D. Ricchiuto is an Associate at Friedman, Levy, Goldfarb & Green, P.C. Mr. Ricchiuto practices in a variety of personal injury matters including premises liability, construction accidents, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, municipal liability, police brutality, and wrongful arrest.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ricchiuto was an attorney at a premier insurance defense firm at a large global insurance carrier. He fiercely litigated matters in federal and state courts, and tried cases throughout New York City, earning a reputation as a passionate and effective trial lawyer. Mr. Ricchiuto has represented clients in cases involving a wide variety of claims including New York Labor Law, premises liability, construction accidents, construction defect, product liability, property damage, auto accidents, hospitality, entertainment, and liquor liability. Mr. Ricchiuto also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court. Now, as a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Ricchiuto brings the vast experience he gained throughout his career to Friedman, Levy, Goldfarb & Green, P.C., for the benefit of our clients.
Mr. Ricchiuto received his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was awarded the Order of the Barristers for excellence in oral advocacy and brief writing. While in law school, Mr. Ricchiuto was the Executive Editor of the Moot Court Association, where he competed in appellate competitions throughout the country and won numerous awards for both his writing and oral advocacy skills.
Mr. Ricchiuto is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
