Stephen B. Samolsky is an Associate at Friedman, Levy, Goldfarb, Green & Bagley, P.C.
Mr. Samolsky graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Tulane University in 2017, majoring in Political Science. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Samolsky attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, earning his J.D. 2020.
Prior to joining Friedman Levy, Mr. Samolsky spent several years working as in-house counsel for corporations large and small, focusing on intellectual property and corporate law. His experience includes working at Fortune 500 companies as well as an early-stage company. It was during this time that Mr. Samolsky discovered his true passion for advocacy, particularly for the benefit of individuals.
At Friedman, Levy, Goldfarb, Green & Bagley, Mr. Samolsky focuses his practice on various areas of personal injury, including premises liability, automobile collisions, construction accidents, police brutality and wrongful arrests. Mr. Samolsky’s prior experience provides a unique perspective for the benefit of our clients. He prides himself on a deep sense of compassion for the firm’s clients, a love of helping injured individuals and their families during times of hardship and believes that the client’s needs are paramount.
Mr. Samolsky is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association as well as the Bronx County Bar Association.
